1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SkollVoice AI platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SkollVoice AI provides AI-powered voice agent services for businesses, including:

• Automated phone answering and call handling
• Appointment scheduling and management
• Industry-specific AI voice agents
• Call analytics and transcription
• Business dashboard and CRM tools

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Pricing: Current pricing is available on our website. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After 14 days, no refunds are issued for partial months.
• No Data Retention After Cancellation: When you cancel, all your business data, call recordings, transcripts, and account information are permanently deleted within 30 days. We do not retain your payment information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Make automated robocalls or spam calls
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Impersonate a human when legally required to disclose AI use
• Collect personal data without proper consent
• Violate any applicable telecommunications regulations
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the platform

6. AI Disclosure

SkollVoice AI agents are artificial intelligence. You are responsible for compliance with any local, state, or federal laws requiring disclosure that callers are speaking with an AI system. We recommend including such disclosure in your agent's greeting.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all your business data, call recordings, and transcripts. We process this data solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

8. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions, including missed calls or lost appointments.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SkollVoice AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkollVoice AI from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the process described in Section 4.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
